Our new caterer (Il Pomodoro under the supervision of Daniel Wong) will start operations on 1st April.
Before then, we will need to remove stock, clean, and update the kitchen.
Here is the timeline for the Serasa clubhouse restaurant operations.
Sunday 26th of March is the last day of operations for Reggie and Mr Teng.
Monday 27th to Friday 31st the restaurant will be closed. During this period only the bar will be operational.
Saturday 1st of April the restaurant will reopen.
Please note that for the first few days the restaurant will have a limited menu to allow the new crew to adjust the kitchen etc. We will inform you closer to the time about the details.
This change is a very big milestone for the club. During their 28 years of amazing service to the club, Reggie and Mr Teng made our restaurant in Serasa an extension of our homes! We are extremely grateful for all these years of committed service from the entire team.
