It is with respect and joy to inform fisherman and the public that the fishing gear licenses for Andang Jarang (Bottom Set Gill Net), Andang Karan (Trammel Net), and Bubu (Fish Pot/Trap) will be reopened from April 1, 2024.
For information, applicants who already hold a valid fishing gear license for the year 2024 and wish to add additional gear can apply by completing the application form. These forms are available for download on the Fisheries Department website or can be obtained from the Fisheries Department licensing counters in all four districts. Completed application forms should be submitted to the Fisheries Department counter.
New applicants and those in the process of renewing their licenses must utilize the OneBiz system to apply for fishing equipment licenses and make online payments.
