Annual General Meeting - Kota Batu

Any motion for discussion at the A.G.M. must be presented in to the Hon. Secretary 14 days before the A.G.M.

Nomination sheets for Committee positions will be on display at both Clubhouses 28 days before the A.G.M.

The nomination list will close, and a list of valid nominations will be displayed seven days before the A.G.M.

No nominations will be accepted at the A.G.M. unless a vacancy or vacancies remain.
